Bio
Elmar Bergeler, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Data Science at the University College at The University of Texas at San Antonio. His specialty is visualizations of data using Python. He studied physics and math at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. In 2009, he received his PhD in physics at the Technische Universität Dresden, Germany. After receiving his PhD he moved to Texas, where he worked for National Instruments. He has taught at UT San Antonio since 2022.
